Description of the object
1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje usługę hotelowo - gastronomiczną dla uczestników Konferencji Naukowej pn. „OBLICZA WSCHODU” organizowanej w dniach 22-23.10.2026 r. w ramach programu MNiSW „Wektory Nauki”. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w załączniku nr 4A i 4B do SWZ.
2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony został na 2 następujące części (zadania):
1)Zadanie nr 1 - Usługa hotelowo-gastronomiczna polegająca na zapewnieniu noclegów wraz ze śniadaniami w dniach 21-24.10.2026 r. oraz podaniuuroczystej kolacji dla 45osób 22.10.2026 r. podczas Konferencji Naukowej pn. „OBLICZA WSCHODU” w ramach programu MNiSW „Wektory Nauki”.
2) Zadanie nr 2 -Usługa gastronomiczna polegająca na przygotowaniu i podaniuobiadów wraz z bufetem kawowym dla 47 osób w dniach 22-23.10.2026 r.podczas Konferencji Naukowej pn. „OBLICZA WSCHODU” w ramach programu MNiSW „Wektory Nauki”.
